PeerRope Ringön
Organizer: PollyPerhaps, West Coast Kinbaku
Welcome to PeerRope on weekdays.
About the session
PeerRope Ringön returns on various weekday evenings at intervals of three to five weeks. We are trying things out until we find a frequency that works for us. (Note: We are NOT replacing PeerRope Göteborg in Nödinge, we are expanding the rope scene.) What is PeerRope? A safe space for people who enjoy shibari. Together we explore rope and share our best tips and tricks with each other. Practice on the rope mat or chat about it in our café with like-minded people. No prior experience is required; beginners are just as welcome as seasoned rope enthusiasts. There is a host for the evening, but no designated teachers. Your very first encounter with rope? Then PollyPerhaps offers a small group session for a simple taster tying experience in a corner of the venue. Everyone is tied with a single rope, and after each tie we reflect in the group on what happened. You will NOT learn how to tie from this exercise, but it can give you insight into more aspects of rope beyond the obvious. Sign up on the list in the café if you would like to participate. Maximum 7 people per evening, first come, first served.

Rules
- We share the space with respect for one another and refrain from full sessions and loud practices.
- Minimum attire is underwear and a tank top.
- No open drink containers are permitted in the rope room.
- Before touching another person's body or belongings, ask for permission. Be sure to ask politely and kindly if you wish to tie with someone or get advice on solutions, and accept any 'no' without discussion. No one is obligated to do anything, and tying or being tied is not a right.
- Negotiation takes place before tying. We use safewords: red = stop and return to a neutral position, yellow = pause and communicate, green = all good / give me more. Let each other know during negotiation if you are unused to using safewords.
- During all events organized by WCK, RACK (Risk Awareness Consensual Kink) applies. If you are new to rope, feel free to check out this link: https://shibaristudy.com/programs/safety-course
