PeerRope Ringön
Organizer: PollyPerhaps
Welcome to PeerRope on weekdays.
About the session
PeerRope Ringön returns on various weekday evenings at intervals of three to five weeks. We are trying things out until we find a frequency that works for us. Price: 75 SEK per person What is PeerRope? A safe space for people who enjoy shibari. Together we explore rope and share our best tips and tricks with each other. Practice on the rope mat or chat about it in our café with like-minded people. No prior experience is required; beginners are just as welcome as seasoned rope enthusiasts. There is a host for the evening, but no designated teachers.
Practical information
- Doors open: 18.00 - 18.25. Please arrive on time, as we lock the entrance and start at 18:30.
- Bring your own rope, safety shears, and anything else you might want to use while tying. There is also rope available to borrow and occasionally to buy in our shop.
- Photography is permitted in the venue, but please ensure that everyone in the photo has given their consent to both being photographed and any potential publishing.
- Semi-suspensions are permitted if you have prior experience. Please speak with the crew before doing this for the first time with us. Bring your own ring and sling.
Rules
- We share the space with respect for one another and refrain from full sessions and loud practices.
- Minimum attire is underwear and a tank top.
- No open drink containers are permitted in the rope room.
- Before touching another person's body or belongings, ask for permission. Be sure to ask politely and kindly if you wish to tie with someone or get advice on solutions, and accept any 'no' without discussion. No one is obligated to do anything, and tying or being tied is not a right.
- Negotiation takes place before tying. We use safewords: red = stop and return to a neutral position, yellow = pause and communicate, green = all good / give me more. Let each other know during negotiation if you are unused to using safewords.
- During all events organized by WCK, RACK (Risk Awareness Consensual Kink) applies. If you are new to rope, feel free to check out this link: https://shibaristudy.com/programs/safety-course
